Interactive LED wall installation

In 2017 the Vancouver Interactive Arts society sponsored me to build a large scale LED art installation for the Burn in the Forest Music festival. I build an eighty square foot RGB LED matrix wall using recycled fluorescent light ceiling fixtures, and 12v non-adressable RGB LED strips. The strips are cut up and soldered together into a matrix allowing it to work like addressable tape strips a fraction of the cost.
